Wonder if this is related to my issue https://community.igniterealtime.org/message/235060#235060 Though i'm using latest 2.7.0 builds, not the 2.6.3 version and there were some changes to file transfers in 2.7.0, but it looks like this issue is still there. What operating system do you and the ones who try to send a file use? I'm thinking this may be a firewall issue maybe.
